At LILYBOD your health and safety and the health and safety of everyone involved from garment design to delivery to you is our number one priority. During the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak we have been working closely with our trusted partners to ensure we are doing our part.

Our warehouse teams near Hong Kong & in the United Kingdom have implemented strict staff policies including increased sanitation of surfaces and regular staff health checks. Our delivery partners, DHL Express, Fedex, Toll and others have also implemented their own procedures, and you can find more information on their efforts at their respective websites.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities.

All orders are shipped with priority and safety in mind. Please note the delivery timing below are guidelines only, as guaranteed delivery times have been temporarily suspended. Shipping times may also take longer than usual during Black Friday Sale Period due to the higher volume of orders.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
USA.
Shipping rates to USA:

  • Free Priority Shipping for all orders over $200 USD.
  • Orders between $100 - $200 USD a flat rate of $10.
  • Orders below $100 USD a flat rate of $20.

    Worldwide Shipping.
    Shipping rates Worldwide:

    • Free Priority Shipping for all orders over $250 USD.
    • Orders under $250 USD
      Priority Shipping for a flat rate of $35.
      Standard Shipping for a flat rate $15.

      HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?*
      Orders are dispatched from our central warehouse located near Hong Kong and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days for priority shipping and within 6-10 business days for standard shipping.

      Occasionally there can be delays with customs and/or couriers which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

      During holiday season delays in general shipping times may be effected. Your delivery is our absolute priority and we ask for your patience during these periods.

      CAN I TRACK IT?
      Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing your specific tracking number. If you do not receive please email orders@lilybod.com

      All orders require a signature on delivery.

      Make sure your delivery address is attended during business hours.
      We cannot send to PO BOXES/Locked Bags, please ensure a street address is given.

      WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?
      We use DHL Express, FEDEX, S.F. Express, Aramex and other postal services.

      AVAILABILITY.
      Please note, very rarely items may not be available. In this instance, we will be in touch and offer you a replacement size/colour or full refund for the unavailable item.

      AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES & TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER? 
      Duties and taxes may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
